William J. Krowinski, PhD, specializes in individual, couples and family therapy. His private practice is
located in Erie, Pennsylvania.
With over 35 years experience as a psychotherapist, and as a graduate of University of Pittsburgh
(PhD) and SUNY At Buffalo (MSW) he works with a broad spectrum of clients. Over the course of his
career, he has received training in marriage counseling, family therapy, meditation,
hypnotherapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and more. He is also a
military veteran who works with returning soldiers and their families.
He has held adjunct faculty positions at Gannon University, MercyHurst College and University of
Pittsburgh teaching individual, marital and family therapy courses.
Dr. Krowinski is an eclectic therapist. His clincial approach is to select the treatment method
that is most relevant to the problem a client presents. With compassion and understanding, he strives
to build on a person's strengths to attain the personal growth they are committed to
accomplishing in their marriage, relationships and as parents.
